Place the trivet and 1 ½ cups of water in the bottom of the pressure cooker pot. Next, place eggs on the trivet. Seal the lid and steam release valve

Next, set the unit to high-pressure for 5 minutes. After the cook time is complete, allow the unit to naturally release the pressure for another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, prep the ice bath by filling a bowl of ice and cold water. When the 5 minutes natural release is up, release the remaining pressure from the unit. Carefully, remove the eggs with tongs and place them in the ice bath for 5 minutes.

Finally, peel and store the eggs in the refrigerator for up to five days.
Do not touch the unit during the 5 minutes of natural release.
